Planned technical break in connection with the implementation of KSeF

Ladies and Gentlemen,

In order to ensure the highest quality of services provided and full compliance with applicable legal requirements (entry into force of the mandatory KSeF), we would like to inform you about planned maintenance works in the infrastructure of the nip24.pl website.

The purpose of the workThe main purpose of the maintenance break is to switch the billing system to the production environment of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). This change will allow for the full automation of the process of issuing structured invoices and their smooth transfer to the Ministry of Finance's systems.

Work schedule: Maintenance work will be carried out during the lowest traffic hours to minimise the impact on your ongoing operations:

Date: April 1, hours: 00:00 – 02:00

Impact on service availability: During the above maintenance window, there will be an interruption in access to:

• API programming interface;
• Websites and customer portal;

The above website functionalities will be restored immediately after the configuration processes are completed.

IMPORTANT additional information: After implementing KseF, all invoices will be automatically sent to the Ministry of Finance servers. A PDF file containing the e-invoice visualization will be sent to the provided email address, as before, and will be available for download after logging in to your account on the Customer Portal.
