We would like to inform you that the principle of operation of the API function has changed getVATStatus checking the entity's status in the VAT register. For queries by NIP number, a logical flag indicating whether the data is to be downloaded directly from Tax Portal of the Ministry of Finance (true), or indirectly through the REGON database (false), will be ignored. The change will result in faster functionality getVATStatus for queries using the NIP number, at the expense of not returning the name of the checked entity (field VATStatus.name will be blank). To retrieve the name of the checked entity, call the function getAllData.
