Due to upcoming changes to personal data protection regulations and their entry into force Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we have carried out a number of activities aimed at ensuring full compliance with the requirements specified in the above-mentioned Regulation. These activities include, among others:
- Conducting a risk analysis with particular emphasis on the security of processed information.
- Conducting safety tests performed by independent specialists.
- Implementation of adequate security measures aimed at increasing security resulting from the recommendations contained in the security test report and the risk analysis conducted.
- Updating internal regulations (including the applicable Security Policy and procedures)
- Appointment of a Data Protection Inspector (DPO)
- Extension of the provisions of the Regulations aimed at adapting its provisions to the requirements defined in the GDPR, including: for registration:
- Information Clause
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
Additionally, for your convenience, we have also implemented online payments, which will be handled by tpay.com. We made the assumption that all existing customers who are not in arrears with current fees they will maintain post-paid accounts (settlement according to the current rules - after the end of the month), and each new customer who creates an account on the website will have a pre-paid account (payment required in advance for a given settlement period).
