The above decision applies to customers using nip24.pl services on the basis of acceptance of the regulations and aims to give our clients greater control over their expenses and avoid falling into a debt spiral. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the accounts of customers who have active Individual plan or have a signed contract will remain in mode post-paid.

The operation of switching accounts to pre-paid mode will be carried out from 1:00 a.m. on April 1, 2020.
