Whitelist - failure

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Due to numerous phone calls, we would like to inform you that since yesterday, 12.02.2025, there has been a failure of the VAT Taxpayer List (the so-called white list) on the side of the Ministry of Finance. Currently, the programming interface (API) does not work fully correctly and a very large number of errors are generated. This negatively affects the following functions provided by our service:

• getVATStatus – a function for checking the status of an entity in the VAT register provided in Tax Portal Ministry of Finance,
• getIBANStatus – function for checking the status of an entity’s bank account in the VAT payer list (so-called VAT white list) using API,
• searchVATRegistry – function for searching and downloading data in list of VAT taxpayers Ministry of Finance,

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do except be patient. As soon as the List of VAT Payers starts returning correct answers, our API will also send them correctly to your systems.

For customers who require the highest level of accessibility, we can suggest using the feature getWhitelistStatus, which is based on information contained in the daily published by the Ministry of Finance flat files, can return information about both VAT taxpayer status and whitelist status.
