We are pleased to announce that our application nip24.pl is now available on the low-code platform – make.com. We are the first to provide the ability to download data from the REGON and KRS registers and check contractors in the VAT list, VIES system, VAT white list without the need to use any programming environment.
If you have an account on this platform, you can use our application to access all functions (of course without writing even one line of code!), which until now were available either from programming libraries or directly from REST API.
Below is a complete list of functions (modules) available in the application make.com) along with a short description of the application:
Pobranie danych do faktury z REGON – function equivalent getInvoiceData, which allows you to download company data necessary to issue an invoice based on the NIP/REGON or KRS number. Data is obtained directly from the REGON register.
Pobranie pełnych danych z REGON – function equivalent getAllData, which allows you to download detailed (full) company data. Calling the function causes the system to directly query the reference database in the REGON (Central Statistical Office) database, which guarantees always up-to-date data.
Pobranie danych z systemu VIES – function equivalent getVIESData, which allows you to confirm the activity of your EU VAT number. In addition to information about the EU VAT status, information such as the company name and its address (if available in VIES) is also returned. The function allows you to verify EU VAT numbers issued by all European Union member states.
Pobranie pełnych danych z rejestru VAT – function equivalent searchVATRegistry, which allows you to download detailed data of an entity from the list of VAT payers of the Ministry of Finance. The data is collected directly from the list of VAT taxpayers (the so-called white list of VAT taxpayers) of the Ministry of Finance.
Pobranie danych konkretnego działu z KRS – function equivalent getKRSSection, which allows you to download data based on the KRS number, recorded in all sections of the current KRS extract for a given entrepreneur or association. The data is obtained directly from the National Court Register.
Pobranie pełnych danych z KRS – function equivalent getKRSData, which allows you to download a current extract containing full data (from all departments) of the entrepreneur or association made available by the National Court Register (KRS Open API).
Sprawdzenie statusu firmy w REGON – function equivalent isActive, which allows you to check the company's status in REGON. Returns a value True (1) if the company conducts active business, registered in the REGON register, which has not been suspended or terminated. Otherwise, a value is returned False (0).
Sprawdzenie statusu rachunku bankowego na białej liście (API) – function equivalent getIBANStatus, which uses the API interface to check the status of an entity's bank account. It is carried out by calling a function whose parameters are: the type of the searched number (NIP, REGON or KRS), the value of the searched number, the bank account number to be checked and the date to be checked. The data is collected directly from the list of VAT taxpayers (the so-called white list of VAT taxpayers) of the Ministry of Finance. Calling the function with the NIP or REGON parameter causes the system to directly query the list of VAT taxpayers, which guarantees the fastest status check.
Sprawdzenie statusu rachunku bankowego na białej liście (plik płaski) – function equivalent getWhitelistStatus, which uses a flat file published by the Ministry of Finance to check the correctness of the contractor's bank account number in the list of VAT payers (the so-called white list of VAT payers).
Sprawdzenie statusu w rejestrze VAT – function equivalent getVATStatus, which allows you to check the entity's status in the VAT register provided by the Tax Portal of the Ministry of Finance.
