KSeF API update of the Ministry of Finance

Today, as before announcement of the Ministry of Finance, the KSeF API and the Taxpayer Application have been updated.

API update of the National e-Invoice System to version 2.0.4 includes:

• changing the structure of the document with a history of changes,
• changing the type in Query Invoice Detail for amountType,
• improvement of the lack of authorization error when querying for permissions for local government units or GRV for the subunit_manage permission,
• changing the Interface Specification regarding descriptions and links to yamla,
• restoring the final status of 200 for the session process,
• improved coding for the telephone field in the invoice archiving step,
• marking the tradeName field in SubjectNameType as optional,
• optimization of invoice inquiries,
• changing the sample response for an unauthorized request to check the processing status based on the reference number,
• changing the type from SubjectNameType to SubjectCompleteNameType in SessionContextType (removing the tradeName field) for the response from the request to start a session,
• correction of an error regarding sending: settlement invoice, correction of an advance invoice, correction of a settlement invoice, correction of a collective invoice that contains two or more numbers of previous advance invoices,
• gradual introduction of amendments to the service contract to enforce the correctness of the data type.

The update of the KSeF Taxpayer Application 1.4.3 includes:

• changes in PDF visualization of e-Invoices,
• adaptation to KSeF API version 2.0.3,
• presenting information about the environment in the error reporting component,
• adding an endpoint that returns the current version of the mobile application.
